The Basics of Business Writing

In a world saturated with information, it is mission critical to master concise and clear communication.

This workshop is designed to heighten participants’ awareness of their written “voice” and equip them with the tools to craft logically structured, clear and effective copy, ultimately strengthening client relationships.

From formulating coherent thoughts to constructing sentences and paragraphs that sell, this programme aims to redefine each participant’s approach to written communication. Throughout this workshop, participants unearth and examine their own writing behaviours, and learn to write well-motivated copy that conveys the organisation’s intended message.
