Crisis Communications Training

This intensive programme is specifically designed to help delegates manage incidents before they escalate into potentially threatening media crises.

Participants will be carefully coached on tried-and-tested methods to steer clear of pitfalls and media landmines. They will also engage in ‘real life’ crisis scenarios to demonstrate their responses to similar situations.

  • Strategies to keep the ‘watch-dogs’ at bay
  • Putting a positive spin on thorny issues

This effective role-play coaching method provides participants with the hands-on experience necessary to avert a media crisis before stepping into the public arena.

It is crucial for all businesses to be ready to respond to emergency situations as part of their safety, crisis planning and preparation.
